Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently only offer delivery to customers within 3 miles of the shop. All addresses within the  yellow area on the map below are covered.

If you live outside our delivery area, you can still order online for collection in store.

How long does delivery take?
At the moment, we only deliver on Fridays. You can order online at any time, but orders must be received by midday on Thursday for delivery on the Friday. If you are ordering after midday on a Thursday, please give us a call as we might still be able to take your order for delivery the next day.

Can you give me an exact delivery time?
Unfortunately not. We generally deliver between 10am and 5pm. If you think you might be out when we deliver, please make sure you’ve told us where to leave your delivery – this can be done during the checkout process.

What happens if I’m not in?
We deliver between 10am and 5pm. We will leave your order on your doorstep and knock or and ring the bell to let you know it’s there before stepping back from the door. If you’ve left us a note with a specific safe place when you placed the order, we’ll leave it there and take a photo in case you have any queries.

Do you offer contact free delivery for people who are self isolating?
Yes, all of our deliveries are contact free and our team are following current guidance on social distancing.

Why didn’t I receive a particular item which I ordered?
Very occasionally we’re only able to source a limited number of some items. If we’re not able to include these in your order we will substitute them with a similar product of the same value.

How much does delivery cost?
For orders over £20, delivery is free to all addresses within our delivery area (see above). For orders under £20, there is a fixed delivery charge of £5. You can also choose to collect your order, pre-boxed from our shop.

How much is your minimum order?
There is no minimum order for collection in store, but for free home delivery you’ll need to spend £20 or more.

When can I collect my order in store?
If you are collecting your order in store, please let us know which day you will come. We will make up your order the night before, ready for you to collect any time between 8am and 4pm, Tuesday to Saturday.

Pleas note: we are closed on Sunday and Monday.

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders at the moment, we’re not able to accept changes to orders once they’ve been placed.

Do you offer a subscription service?
Not at the moment but we’re working on it! Please check back for updates.
